About Us

30 Years Boating Experience

With 30 years of experience sourcing the best boats at the best prices, team of worldwide brokers are experts in finding the right yacht for every client. Owner/Founder/Broker Eric Melin has a passion for the ocean and living aboard the water - he's been a boat owner for 30+ years since age 15. He is perhaps the youngest to get Coast Guard Certified to operate a marine vessel at that age from his seaport home in Newburyport, Massachusetts. Eric splits time between Kendall Square / MIT in Cambridge Mass, the Seacoast Region of Newburyport MA and Portsmouth NH, as well as Barcelona Spain, Algarve Souther Portugal and the Blue Ocean. Eric is also founder of a network of “floating lofts” (www.floatinglofts.com) which are houseboats converted into short-term apartment rentals similar to AirBnB.
